SPRING BOARD OF CONTROL The Spring Board of Control consists of the student body officers and five commissioners elected for the second semester. They are the main body which controls most of the activities going on during the second semester. Some of the many activities which they sponsor during the second semester are the Talent Assemblies, the Student Body Picnic, and the Spring Sports Assemblies. level. 15

and the Qi ih' Jlecuj,ue GoLutet. The Girls' League is one of the most active organizations in our school. Miss Kirkland and Mrs. Bouchey are the advisers of the Girls' League. Each girl becomes a member upon registration and may take part in the elections. Four officers are elected and fifteen mem bers are appointed by these officers to serve as its cabinet each semester. The major events of the year have been: A welcome tea, a buffet supper, a football dance, the drive for the Salvation Army and decorating the foyer, the co-ed dance, assemblies in October and April, and in March they were co-hostess with other Orange County high schools for the Southern California Arizona Girls' League Convention to which at least 250 member schools sent delegates.
