The greatest emphasis of our day and age is placed upon preparedness, and rightly so, because of the urgency and anxiety in the minds of everyone due to the world situation. This would be my earnest plea to every high school student of 1961-62 --Try at all times to be prepared to meet any challenge that may confront you with efficiency and compentence. When you have given your best to the job at hand do not be disturbed if the effort was not quite good enough. Pause for a second wind, take new zeal, and try again.
