Since every Senior class needs a great orator, Merle Ary has finally consented to step down and give her place to Broohsie lindle. Junior Davis, to you, layman Jr. leaves his patriotic boots and his ability to spell. Because of Nick Cherry's desire for popularity with the girls, Benny Belz graciously consents to leave his title as Dream Boy of S.H.S.' to him. Everyone knows that one of the most dignified Seniors is Juanita Haasons, so that in order that there may be at least one dignified person in the Senior class of '48, she has agreed to leave her dignified manner to LaVerne Masten.
