Superintendent of Schools Susquehanna Academy, 1892-1898 Susquehanna lrnircririty, Mr. Spigelmyer has been in Sandy for seven wars. entering Sandy first as principal of the High School and then as sii| crintcndcnt of the school district. Mr. Spigelmyer is always willing to lend a helping hand and to give someone- a kind word and a cheery smile. He has won a place in ’la- heart of every senior. He immediately put forth his best efforts for the liettcring of flic school. During 1927-28 he coached the Imvs basket hall team and in the fall of ‘28 he coacncd a championship notwr team. (Mr. Hackenlierg hit upon the idea of having a detention room and since then he has been busy handing out detention slips.) Mr. Haekenhcrg was the instigator of “The Hill Top Trumpter '.
