WILLIAM W. SPIGELMYER Superintendent A. B., A. M., Pd. D. Susquehanna Academy, 1892-1896 Susquehanna University, 1896-1900 During the four years that Professor Spigelmyer has been with us his honesty, straight-forwardness and truthfulness has won him a place in the heart of every Sandy student. VVhen Prof. Spigelmyer was elected the nrst Superintendent of Sandy schools in 1923, we thought we should lose him altogether, but he has always remeinbered to visit us at least twice a week and lead us in our Chapel exercises. lt is with the deepest regret that the Class of Twenty-six must bid him farewell, and are glad that Sandy is fortunate enough to secure his services for another year. VVe also hope that he has enjoyed be- ing in the services of Sandy as much as we have enjoyed having him. FRANK ATTINGER, B. S., Principal Lebanon Valley Academy Susquehanna University Chemistry Problems of Democracy Professor .-Xttinger has been with us four years. VVhen the Class of Twenty-six entered Sandy High as Freshmen, Prof. Attinger be- gan his first year of work here. He has served as Principal for four years, and the Class of Twenty-six feels that he belongs ot us as we entered Sandy High at the same time. He has always been near to lend us a helping hand in our difficulties. He has been our adviser in this last year of school, and we feel sure that we have profited by his advice. He's a jolly good sport, especially when he takes the Seniors out on a tour lEducationalJ. VVe hope that the oncoming classes will hold him in the same esteem that we do.
