This League is a national organization composed of local classical clubs in junior and sen- ior high schools throughout the United States and its territories. The funda- mental purpose of the League is to encourage among the you g people an inter- est in and appreciation of the civilization, language, literature, and art of ancient Greece and Rome, and to give them an understanding of the debt of Ollr own culture to that of classical antiquity. The most important event of the year was a Roman Banquet. rojec ionists These boys assist in the school activities by taking charge of the visual aids for classes. Hr. Jack, the advisor, tries to have a projectionist from each class so as not to interfere with other classes. lembership is greatly desired by many students.
