HAHPION emonstmtion TEAM F left to right: 1 Louis Plants I Erwin Klasen Charles Westlake The demonstration team ofthe F. F. A. won first place in the state F. F. A. Demonstration contest and third place in the state F. F. A. Electrical Contest held at the l95lg Farm Show in Harrisburg. The model which is shown in the picture was amodel of a dairy barn with one side made of glass to permit the audience to view the air currents which were traced by artificial smoke. The demonstration showed how a ventilation unit properly selected and installed would ventllate all parts of the barn. The fine work of this group is really an achievement. We appreciate the effort it has taken on the part of club members, team members and advisors-- Mr. Shontz and Mr. Babco. The record of the demonstration teams since 19149 shows that they have been in first place twice, second place twice and third place once in the state Farm Show Contests. This record surely speaks for itself. Home Economics Department Exhibits Agricultural Exhib its FIFTEENTH ANNUAL SANDY LAKE COMMUNITY FAIR
