They started out the season well with plenty of apt rlt, but it waned just a little as the league competition got underway. They turned in a stellar team performance before the home crowd at the last game of the season, which was with Hadley. The boys seemed to have caught the enthusiasm of the game and really looked good. T' 5 I The 1951-52 Basketball season opened with a oa11 for all Basket- ball talent to report to the gymnasium on November 2, 1951. At the first meeting the boys were introduced to a new basketball pattern, and fourteen weeks of hard work followed. The boys ended the season on a fine note at the expense of Hadleyg the score, the largest in Sandy Lake history, was 83-15.6. Lost through graduation will be Armstron g, Guiler, Reash, and Wescott. At this writing the tournament has not yet been completed.
