J.V. TALLIES GOOD YEAR The JV Bucks ended the season with a 3-3-1 record. The defensive team generally did a good job, holding two teams scoreless. The offense started slowly but began to really click near the end of the season. In the third and fourth games, two outstanding players were lost due to injuries, Cliff Sandercock with a broken leg and Mike Leary with a knee injury. Individually many played well and we have a lot of good prospects for varsity next year,11 Coach Smith declar- ed. FROSH PLAY BALL Although the freshman football team, led by first year frosh coach, Mr. Dennis Warren, man- aged only one win in eight contests, they triumph- ed over the Rangers of Estacada at the end of the season by a score of 16 to 0. Coach Warren commented that the overall re- cord did not testify to the capabilities of the team.
