Al- though they had a losing record their coach said that they were play- ing excellently by the end of the year. The team had two All-Stars: Bev Bush and Chris Fowler and three honorable mentions: Deanna Dowlearn, Steph Pierce, and Sherry Collins. Sports

There was a lot of improvement throughout the season, even though the team was plagued with injuries. Special awards went to: Aaron Wydysh - MVP, Jim Po- micter - Best Team Spirit, Jamie Smith - Best Offensive Player, Bill Stone - Best Defensive Player, and Mike Glazier - Most Versatile. tThe last two A.P.W. games were played by the 7th and 8th graders.J

She is looking forward to coaching next year's team.
