One of the fastest growing clubs in the Northern Hemisphere, the junior Classical League has once again experienced another year of madcap adventures. Kicking off the 1984 year with the Pall Festival held in Horseheads, the awesome j.C.L. volleyball team Kap- propriately named Cloaca Maximanj pulled off a number of stunning victories and finished with the 2nd place trophy. During Christmas vacation the J.C.L. club got to- gether for a Saturnalia at school. This celebration in- cluded a three hour pizza gorge, Trivial Pursuit, and of course, volleyball. In February the club made a pilgrimage to Salva- tore's Restaurant for a Lupercalia in Buffalo. The mem- bers, clad in Roman Costumes, enjoyed a delicious seven course meal. Besides the annual Spring Fling scheduled for April, a state convention will be held at Binghamton College in june which many j.C.L.ers are planning to attend. o Organizations

In the fall the IFS was responsible for the in- dividual pictures, and they also met later and Tina Komm told about her trip to Venezuela. They went to Syracuse to the festival of Nations. In February an IFS weekend took place where students from other schools came and spent time with IFS members. The IFS had planned to have an activity every month if possible. Organizations
