WORKING TOGETHER Student Council had quite a big year during the 1978-79 school year. With the return of football we sponsored Homecoming and reinstated the traditional pow-wow. With the winter season came Winter Festival '78. That accomplished some of the Student Council members participated in a roll-a-thon. Sponsoring the read-a-thon and attendance at the annual North Central District and State Conventions rounded out the year. Highlights of the year were Student Council sponsored assemblies featuring a hypnotist and the Navy Band. Year-end elections resulted in a new slate of S.C. members. We will miss our Sr. members: John, Pate, Rona, Sally, and Debbie and hope the 1979-80 Council can do an even better job. 18
