Rocio Fernandez, A.F.S. student from Costa Rica, spent her year in America at the home of the Willis Flynns. She had one sister, Tari, a senior and an older brother Mike. She played Mrs. Rollins in the Senior Play, participated in G.A.A., Student Council, and panel discussions. Speech, home economics, typing, and English kept her busy studying. The senior class feels very lucky to have had Rocky with them and therefore dedicates this page to Rocky so she might remember Sandwich High School a little better. Rocky enjoys seeing many friends between her classes.
