Dr. Legner, president of the school board, presents a Lord Elgin watch and lifetime pass for all high school athletic contests to Forrest Hough in appreciation of his 35 years of untiring work as custodian of the high school. Forrest, called Kate by everyone since childhood, is known for his tremendous memory. He possesses a fabulous knowledge of American history and owns one of the most extensive libraries in Sandwich.
