Mile Our Senlor Class was born the mormng of September nrnth 1941 lt was d1fterent from all preced1ng semor classes We seemmgly were g1ven many agreeable prrvrleges never before bestowed upon senlors Instead of scattered home rooms the assembly and the large adJo1n1ng room were assxgned to us Th1s plan enabled us to become more closely assocrated w1th our classmates and also rm proved the cooperat1on rn soc1al act1v1t1es School started off w1th a bang for us senlors because th1s was our last year and we had many of the Senror events to ant1c1 pate Two weeks after school opened class electlons were held Bob Babcock our semor football star was elected pres1dent Bob Mc Gookey cheerleader and a whlz at dramat1cs was elected v1ce presrdent and V1rg1n1a Schaefer a good stenographer was elected our semor class secretary Bow t1es became a fad w1th the boys for a few weeks so the temrnme Slde of our class retahated and glrded 1nto school w1th un matched socks and p1gta1ls w1th bows fa la Vogue!
