Monticola underwent some drastic changes this year. Because of a linger- ing debt, the staff chose to have Herff Jones print the book. This meant learn- ing new ways of operating, further complicating matters for the already young and inexperienced staff. How- ever, despite the hectic, confusing, and sometimes frustrating deadlines, things became smoother as the year progressed. With the help of their new advisor, Mr. Bob Hamilton, the staff learned many important things that should make the operation run much smoother next year. 1. Group Picture; Front row: J.
