We, the Seniors of '79, proudly dedicate our annual, the 1979 Black- hawk, to Mrs, Sharon Mannino and Mr. Melvin Wood. Mrs. Sharon Mannino was a sponsor of our Junior Class. She was a very dedicated leader, always helping us organize our class projects. With her help in these successful activities, we were able to present an unforgettable prom. Mr. Melvin Wood was our Senior Class sponsor. The senior year was a very active time, filled with a class supper, car washes, and many paper drives, which all led up to the great senior trip. Mr. Wood's concerned and dedicated leadership helped to make each of these activities a great success. Because of his enduring help, we, the Seniors of 1979, are the first class ever to travel by plane on our senior trip. As we look back upon our memories of S.H.S. we are very thankful for the help, concern, and leadership each of you has given us. So, to Mrs. Sharon Mannino and Mr. Melvin Wood, we would like to dedicate our yearbook with deepest admiration, appreciation and gratitude.
