Thanks for the snake dance except the two Wknockoutsn. The students I believe rather enjoyed the magistic ability of the magician who took one hour of their afternoon classes. Cwe want another one like the other onel. Sandoval came to a successful end in a game of basketball with Okawville. The Sandoval High School think they were very fortunate in receiving a movie prod jector. , A Guy with a nice personality and glasses gave us a short talk on future air trans- portation. Chobert Bond! The game with Nashville which gave assur- ance of the trophy for the conference winner. This week the Seniors ordered announcements and name cards for graduation. Lincoln was a mighty man and we still re- member his birthday since it is reserved as a school holiday. ' --If rain didn't prevent your coming, you saw in the Sandoval gym a victory over Carlyle in basketball. ' Mr. Speith came to Sandoval to take gradu- ation pictures for the Seniors and a few snaps for the annual. CSU that is why everyone had his Sunday clothes on?J --First movie with the new projector. lshort wasn't it?l ' --The greatest thrill of the basketball season when Ashley was defeated in the last half of the game and The Blackhawks had won a hun- dred percent of the conference games. The Regional Basketball tournament opened in Centralia and Sandoval won a victory over Aviston with a score of 70-58. A

The people of Sandoval enjoyed a Christmas program given by the Music Department and thanks to Miss Huelbig for sponsoring so grand a program. r Seniors patiently waiting but no class rings. Christmas vacation began. ' January Return from Christmas vacation but no rings. St. Mary vs. Sandoval at Carlyle. You guessed it, victory. ' -swoodlawn vs. Sandoval, here, and what a splendid victory. The Senior class chose a girl for the good citizenship award offered by the D.A.R. Sandoval won a victory over Okawville with a score of 61-55. ' Sandoval was sorry to lose a very useful person when Mr. Smith departed. The people of Odin came ever to see a defeat for them with a score of 46-50. Watch out, girls! Mr. Deacon is here. Mr. Norman returns from Guam lhubag hubs!! So long Mrs. Herman we will see you in a couple of weeks maybe.fBut after all, can we blame her?J The Senior class gave a party in the gym. O.K. wasn't it? Sandoval vs. Kimmundy there and a final score of 58-54 in favor of Sandoval. ' The Dramatics Club again proved their ability when they presented the play, UA Perplexing S1tuation.n The afternoon exhibited a sky filled with dark clouds as the students gazed from their exam papers. Thank goodness, that darn semester is gone. What is your record? No, you don't have to answer that.
