pep club girls earn letters for 0 i l ,J During a brief light spell at the Siberian Coal Miners' Dance jan, 8, sponsored by the Pep Club, a miner comes up for a breath of fresh air. Promoting school spirit at home and at the games is the expressed purpose of the 200 members of Pep Club. Beginning a uniform, the girls have bought letter sweat- ers. W'hen the girls participate at the games and matches and have good attendance at the meetings, they are award- ed letters, These emblems are blue and red, with a matador holding a cape which has PEP on it.
