Runnersrup from Sandia were Betty -Iarvies and Rhonda WC1'HCfQ Barbara Fawver represented Sandia in the state-wide competition. In a city-wide speech contest, Sandia High School was amply represented in the Winners' circle. Charlotte jones was a finalist in im- promptu speaking and Eddie Evans captured lst in Radio Announcing. Representing SHS at the 15th Annual All-State Music Festival on the University of New Mexico campus Jan. 29- 31 were 24 students.
