L'Esprit L'esprit has really moved this year, by participating in the foreign language fair, multi-cultural week, and entering a car in the homecoming parade. To further pro- mote the study of the French culture at Sandalwood, they placed a Christmas tree in the media center, and decorated it in the French style over the holidays. They also held a twelve days after Christ- mas party on the same day that the holi- day is celebrated in France. All of this added up for a sensational year for the French club. -,.-.-. ..- o. Anything goes for the Latin Club-Anything classical at least, and being classical means doing things like participating in district meets where students compete in academic ac- tivities and physical endeavors, like, be- lieve it or not, Chariot races. It's been a fun year for the latin club with numerous activities. il i lf ie, 1. Ms. Allen! Your midriff is showing! 2. Latin members. 3. Latin officers 4. National Honor Society The National Honor Society is a funloving service organization where academic excellence is mixed with good humor. The N.H.S. members are selected on the basis of grade-point averages and teach- ers' recomendations. N.H.S. attended the state convention held in Pensacola. Club members decorated a car for the homecoming pa- rade and they sold light bulbs. Their contribution to the students of Sandalwood was a very helpful student directory. l44fNational Honor Society
