HARJESTER CLASS HISTORY We, the class of 1948, began our history in the year 1944 with a class of 32 members As Freshmen we received the blame for everything Our officers were as follows President Betty Simpkins Vice President Gladys Richardson Secretary and Treasurer Irene Wilt After surviving our fateful initiation, we were admitted as members of S C H S As Sophomores we had a class of 22 members This year we welcomed two new members to our class, Beverly Morse of Flint, and Jack McCallum of Dundee Officers were as follows President Irene Wilt Vice President Betty Simpkins Secretary Onalee Hambrook As Juniors our class was reduced to 17 members Our most important event was the Junior and Senior Banquet At the first of the year Jack McCallum enlisted in the Army Our officers were are follows President Betty Simpkins Vice President ludette Force Secretary Beverly Morse Treasurer Onalee Hambrook Now we are Seniors with a class of 15 members The Junior and Senior Banquet and Graduation were our most import ant events Officers elected were: President Audette Force Vice President Roy Russell Secretary Marvin Hallett Treasurer Mary Lou Rathbun o I l.ll .Q.lO....'.....
