There's No hrough the rain and the shine, our classes assembled to create a visual display of their talents. This year's theme was There's No Place Like Home. Intrepid fear aroused the crowd as a ghoulistie graveyard scene appeared, repre- senting the minds of the Freshman class. These minds included Christie Vernetti, Brock Demey, Kym Noonan, Scott Shi- mooka, Todd Turner, Jenny Chaffin, Kim Warren, and Aimee Bruey. Lots of work and money played a part in the colorful Sophomore float. A hard-work- ing crew included Derek Main, Eric Marsh, Neda Vossoughi, and Tasha Humphreys. A nervous awe escaped the crowd as E.T. and Place Like an eagle was seen through the open door of the spacecraft. Teamed together, Suzette Goulart, Kim Lipinski, Laina Morgan, Chris Ercek, Cathy Seymour, Tracy Christiansen, Erika Golden, and Becky Martinez, produced the Junior float. As the float coasted around the field, a hulk of an eagle could be seen stand- ing tall above a Ramona Bulldog next to a scaled-down version of our stadium. This year's Senior float turned out to be better than ever. Greg Armstrong designed the float which featured a humongous ani- mated eagle and a giant lit scoreboard. Greg Armstrong, Donn Alexander, John Morse, Kyle Osland, Kjersti Stoddard, Karin Lind- Hom say, and Cathy Day donated their mus power and time on this first place float Enchantment Under the Sea was theme of the rhythmic ceremonial ritt recreating the excitement of the 5 dances. The ASB decorated the remode gym with crepe paper, tin foil fish, starfi and sea netting, producing a real under sea enchantment. The homecoming game against the I mona Bulldogs gave the students a cha: to cheer for their Fighting Eagles. 1988 has been the year of dedication: togetherness. W B Scott Petit helps work on the junior float. The Junior float cruises the stadium. Aimee Bruey and Kim Warren throw candy from the Freshman float. 12 Homecoming
