The department has a system of scholarship programs we for those who can't adjust to the public school system. Classes ranged from the regular general classes to the college bound to the new honors classes. I think we have something for everybody, re- marked G.H. fGary Hanelj, the De- partment Head. A few classes to choose from were Algebra, Geometry, Pre Cal- culus, and Calculus, and Computers. A. Mr. Bohannon is going over the steps to a proof. B. The school consists of pregnant teenagers who are finishing their high school education. In 1972 a woman named Yora Simms founded this program. She helped teenage parents keep on with their schooling. The program was then adopted by San Pasqual. The girls are taught Academic sub- jects as well as parenting and home- making skills. A.
