,nas fi? Organizations Craft Guild This club, led by Mr. Theonnes, Greg Armstrong, and Andy Goodwin, was not for necessar- ily the talented, but creative and interested students. The club's activities included put- ting a graphic on the exercise room wall at Burroughs, murals for the 300 and 400 building halls, art field trips, and doing all of our football spirit ribbons. A couple of people felt the need to organize a group of Hispanics and get out to do some things. Originally, it was just a group of friends. They went all the way to Mr. Ross to get a room to use for meetings and it turned out that Mr. Ross himself be came their advisor, although the students lead and organize everything. The committee that started it led the club through fun draisers to go to Knott's Berry Farm and oth er trips. The main purpose of which was to get people with common interests together and out of trouble. Anyone can join, but most of the members are Mexican and the meet ings are usually held in Spanish. The Los Latanos members are very optimistic about the future and had a fun time creating a club Los Latinos: Top Row QL to RJ: Peanut Gonzalez' Diana Valdez' Marcos Mota Patti Marquezg Jesus Gamezg Alfonso Fonsecag Maggie Alvaradog Ed Resales Pedro Perez and Rodolfo Fonseca.
