Organlzatlons Drama Club Theater arts were kept alive by the Drama Club. Director Ms. Boyd led casts for two plays this year. The combined talents of both new members and old led to a refreshingly fun time. The auditions were open to anyone, and if the perfect part wasn't made, members attend- ed parties, professional plays, workshops, etc., to perfect their skills. OPg3HlZ3t1OHS Newspaper Staff The school newspaper is a re- source not many students take seriously. The staff was out to change that this year. They set goals and worked to meet them. Since the E.O. is for our campus the staff tried to keep it on stu- dent level interests and encour- aged anyone with ideas, writ- ings, and opinions to submit them. Chorus Chorus, as well as the other musical classes underwent a change in the middle of the year when Ms. Dominguez was replaced by Mr. Enoscoe, but it didn't interfere with their per formance. This year, our chorus was very small, probably the re sult of harder schedules. What they lacked in general force, they made up for in talent and were better than ever, some so loists rising up. The chorus par ticipated in the Winter concert, Spring concert, and Pops con cert. The first two were general music programs given free at SPHS. The Pops was not to be missed - a grand finale of lights, music, and action. Cho rus is a step up to our vocal en semble and students learned professionalisms as well as ex panded their vocal talents Chorus: Top Row KL to RJ: Kathryn Young, Araceli Garibayg Angel Yelen dez' Jeanni Goodson and Yara Shultz Bottom Row QL to RJ: Shanyn Wil liams' Melissa Wilson' Denise Hines and Melissa Marler 9 v 1 - v 1 v
