These same activi- ties develop interests while they enter- tain. lnterests often lead to hobbies or sometimes even a career, The Fioyal Blue Review and an assortment of plays develop the entertainer in many of us. A variety of dances, each with its own theme, provide students with numerous opportunities to become involved in social planning. The school's nominating convention is yet another example ofthe activities to which a student may be introduced. It is important for students to take an interest in these outside activities because they cover a section of our education which is often inadequately explored in the regular curriculum. t.
