Spirit Fills P Pep Band The Pep Band kept school spirit strong all year by playing at football, volleyball, and basketball games. They also started our rallies off on a lively note by marching through the halls. Their intentions were not to play well but instead to have some fun. All seventeen members were extremely enthusiastic, and, to quote one member, They all thought they were crazy. Some of them even dressed up as apes or other strange creatures. School spirit would not have been able to stay as high as it did without the Pep Band's help. 114 PEP BAND

i i l I I ' Sing it. Lifting their voices in glorious song to over forty audiences is not the easiest thing to do. This year it was made even harder by the tact that at times up to halt ofthe Madrigals could not sing because of winter sickness. But even this problem did not hold the Madrigals from their superlative singing. Entertainment highlights included French night, the Christmas concert, and the planning ofa spring tour. Easily one ot the most spirited and talented groups on campus this year was the A Cap- pella. Whether it was performing a rock medley from 'tGodspell in the Royal Blue Review, or singing a Latin Christmas carol in the Christ- mas concert, the choir enjoyed an unparalleled level ot enthusiasm. One of the jobs that took the most group participation was the planning ofthe annual Noel in White, Whefe The theme MADRIGALS.
