I ' dotball Teams first game of the season was a scrimma c against Ventura in which the Royals made two strong drives inside the Ventura 10 yard line. In the first game of the season, which was played against Thousand Oaks, the J.V. ' s led by Paul Ciibson and Scott Puoiloa ran two touchdowns for 13 points, but Thousand Oaks had a lead and won 26-1 3. Steve Healy and Steve Viera guided the team to a 22-0 victory over Carpinteria with a 1 i yard run during the third cjuarter. The climax of the game came when Steve Viera made a 60 yard blast for the final touchdown. Overall the J.V. ' s sea- son record was 2-6. The yearbook staff wishes to thank Mr. Macintosh for his understanding in the yearbook photographic problems.
