In the following game, The Royals played the first place Fillmore Flashes and ran all over them 67-20. The Royals next victim was Saint Johns in the first round of CIF play-offs andthey won in a very exciting game by 46-44. In the next round San Marcos cagers had the bad luck of drawing San Marino, who were seeded first in the CIF. After a hard game they lost by a score of 48-33.
