Rebels against what? Can Rebels be for as well as against? There are many things to be against-unfairness, deceit, discrimination, and hypocrisy in all their unacceptable forms. . As Rebels study and consider their problems and choices of present and future, it is timely to remember that only the American capacity for orderly change insures the continued privileges of freedom-freedom of expression, freedom of choice, and freedom to develop solutions to individual and collective problems. ' Those who know San Lorenzo Rebels know they are for improving the ap- plication of America's freedoms and equally for accepting the responsibilities which will guarantee those freedoms. We are proud of the many Rebels and Rebel alumni who continue to demonstrate their responsibility in class work, student government, athletics, and general citizenship.
