It is quite comforting indeed to know that such a man is backing the school, its activities, and that there is someone to whom all can turn. 12 Vice Principal Seated behind his desk, Mr. Price presents a pic- ture of wisdom and dignity. We, the student body, are proud to have such a gentleman as our Vice Principal. 'tr-I Dean of Boys Ready to lend a helping hand to whomever needs it, Mr. Paul Palazzo has won the loyalty of each and every boy in the school. Somehow our busy Dean ot Boys has always found time to give advice and encouragement to everyone who may need it. L..- Dean of Girls The understanding and helpfulness given so gener- ously by Miss Marjorie Berckhan has aided many girls through the years. Though busy with her various duties our wonderful Dean of Girls has always found time to listen and guide. Q-. 1 2 Lett to Right: Mr. P. Polazzo, Mrs. M. Hill, Mr. C. Walker, Mrs. E. Pursell, Mr. R. They make a strange family. Sue will not spend any ot her husband's money and carries her penurious habits to.e-xtreme. Nanette is not allowed to do anything that she wants to do. Jimmy's motto I want to be happy, but l won't be happy till I make you happy too has innocently in- volved him with three girls who are very much after his money. Billy Early an attorney and friend ot Jimmy, is constantly kept in debt by the extravagance ot his wite, Lucille. Jimmy has little trouble, therefore in enlisting Billy's services tor a substantial tee in getting rid of the three girls. Sue and Lucille learn ot Jimmy's involvement, and Nanette is brought into the situation almost at the cost ot losing the affection ot her admirer, Tom Trainor. The retail food business-is the biggest, fastest grow- ing industry in America. ln 1929 it had 723,407 em- ployees and an annual sales volume of 10,837,400,000. It now has nearly 2,000,000 employees and a sales volume of over 4S,000,000,000. All available evidence indicates that if this phe- nomenal rate of growth will go at the same pace in the future we are likely to have 30,000,000 more people to feed in the United States by 1975. This means that there is, and will continue to be, a vast demand for new people in the retail food indus- try and that there arc, and will continue to be, enor- mous opportunitics for new people to rise in the food industry. .-gnluxiqqt 3 , N P' is 1', 'N lx ....i... ........ - ardmal 2 X .,....,. .. ...........
