According fo fhe se- riousness of fhe offense, senfences range from wrifing composifions fo suffering suspension of sfudenf body cards. The highesf sfudenf posifion on 'rhe Bank Sfaff, fhaf of vice presidenf, was held fhis year by Fred Grinfer in fhe fall and Ed Fonseca in fhe spring. lf is an honor and a responsibilify for a sfudenf fo be appoinfed fo fhis posf, and fhis year's vice presidenfs have worked up fo fhe iob. Gloria Ellard, our fall A.S.B. secrefary, and Anne Fanelli, our spring secrefary, have done consisfenfly good work as clerks for fhe Sfudenf Council. The office of Dance Commiffee Chair- man is an imporfanf job and one which requires hard work. The chairman musf be in charge of choosing fhemes, deco- rafions, and music for San Jose High School's dances. Jackie Jensen, fall Dance Commiffee Chairman, and Dorofhy McCoIlam, spring Chairman, have bofh done fheir iobs well. Sornefhing new on High's schedule of dances were our Hard Times Dance and our Leap Year Dance. Our peppy Yell Leaders, Anifa Gianoffi, Carli Claire Cali, and Claire Soares, have helped make old yells snappier and have infroduced new yells fo High.
