Choir rehearsal was held each Monday eve- ning af seven o'cloclr and preceded by prayer and devoiion. Their reperfoire consisied of some iweniy sacred choral seleciions. CHALLENGERS Challengers for Chris+ have again heralded forih anofher year of gospel music 'for 'Ihe edifying and sfrengfhening of fhose who were in Chrisf, and an evangelislic call 'lo all who had noi yer found 'Iheir Saviour. Proclaiming fhe gospel in message and in song were ihree separaie groups of singers: girls quarrel, male quar-1'e+, and male irio. These +hree groups wenr our separafely from Sunday lo Sunday, bringing ihe Gospel io many churches 'l'hroughou+ California. They made fheir appearances a+: Bakersfield, Ceres, Elmhursf, Gold Run, Healdsburg, Keyes, Lennox, Lindsay, Los Gales, Marfinez, Milpi+as, Modes+o, Morgan Hill, Mounfain View, Napa, Oroville, Peialuma, Salinas, Sanla Cruz, Sanfa Rosa, Tail, and Yuba Cify.
