The student body otticers, however, served tor the entire school year. Mrs. Penacho was Court and Council Sponsor. THE COURT TRIED AND SENTENCED TRANSGRESSORS ot the schooi ruIes. It the detendants were tound guilty, they were given demerits accordingly. For example, it an underclassman trespassed on the Senior Walk or a student cluttered the campus with debris, he was IiabIe to be brought betore the Court. THE COUNCIL WAS OUR LEGISLATIVE BODY. Through the suggestion box, it tried to please the majority ot the students. Thus, all students could have a voice in our student government.
