The Junior Prom, which is a class lradilion, was held in Jrhe impressive Terrace Room of 'The Fairmonl l-loiel. High poinr ol The evening was lhe coronalion of The queen and The coronaiion wallz. Weeks prior ro 'rhe dance, sororilies and fralerniries selecied Coeds To represeni lheir prospecfive groups in Jrhe queen elecfion. Friday preceding The dance an elimi- na+ion elecrion was held, and rhe lop four girls were selecfed as finalisfs. Finalisls included, Barbara Tehaney, Phi Era Chi: Gloria Kugler, Bib 'n' Tucker: June Niclcolson, Kappa Thelag and Ann Linderman, Alpha Omega. The final elecfion was held ai lhe Prom. As a resull of 'rhe eleclion, Barbara Tehaney was elecied +o reign supreme ar ihe dance and was allended by lhe lhree remaining lovelies.
