Treasurer Motto: Always Faithfulu The class of S'37, the largest graduating class with approximately two-hundred mem- bers, has left a record in scholarship, sports- manship and citizenship interspersed with social events. The Valedictorian award was given to Patricia Wheeliiig and the Ephebian awards to Eurdean Decker, Bob Hearn, Ralph Hitchcock, Harold Millen, and Patricia Wheeling. A member of the class, Ralph Hitchcock, had the distinction of being student body president for two semesters. The Junior-Senior Prom of May 29, 1936, with its Hawaiian theme, was the first outstanding social event of the class. On November 13 was the Harvest Festival. The faculty reception of January 8, 1937, was the last to be given to a class. Class day was celebrated by a colorful assembly when the turquoise sweaters with white emblems were introduced to the senior high. On May 20 and 21 the class presented New Fires, a three-act play. Vesper services were held in Senior Glade. The graduation exercises, held on the athletic field on the evening of June 24, ended the high school careers of the class of S'37. The members extend their appreciation to lVIrs. Ferguson, Mrs. Lombardi, Mrs. Ronald, hir. Fields, Mr. Horton, and Mr. Lewis for their kind and helpful advice: U1 1 IYI U1
