The coveted Student Body Banner was held in posses- sion of our class the fall semester. On December 2 and 3 the three-act mystery play, The Dog H0wls,'l was presented to capacity audiences. Class Day, with the theme, UOne Hour With You, was pre- sented on January 10. The social calendar was brought to a close with the faculty reception and the Junior-Senior Prom, and an outstanding graduation completed the career of the Senior. A unique situation arose when time to decide upon the class honors. A tie for Valedictorian be- tween Emilco Hino and Mary Alice Fobes made for the first time, two Valedictorians: Mary Alice Fobes and Edith May Gates were chosen as the Ephebians. The candidate for the Malin Award was Seymour Andrews, who served very successfully as president for three semesters. Two new honors made Lois Dodd the candidate for Business and Professional WOIHCHyS Award, and Emilio Hino for the Civics Award. Much credit is due to our class teachers, Mrs. Ferguson and Mr. R. H. Lewis, who guided us through our Senior year. Mrs. CLady Macj McFadden also holds a very dear spot in the hearts of the Class members for the untiring efforts she has set forth. HELEN MCSPARRON.
