It was worth it for the kids who plunged into swimming as soon as the city Aquatics team started in June. Andrea Bender, Janet Martoccio, Ric Ketchum, Norman Ames, and Tahna Vanblankensteir also worked out. For those who weren ' t ex- hausted by the laps after the 1000 meter warm up there was water polo practice twice a week for games every week- end.
