Fred Eisert. commissioner of finance. handled all stu- dent body financial matters. Urgecl student bank. Hard working Jim Hurley coordinated the council. Close aid to Forbes. Arranged meetings of council and countless other tasks. Student body council had eight vacancies in September; Harry Hodgelts. Walt Bean. Lawrence Madalena. Mar- garet Jacobson only members. Didn't make quorum. Needed quorum to fill vacancies . . . Forbes requested graduated council members return for quorum. Appointed: Janet Applegate. Frank Oliver. John Sellwoocl. Frances Coughlin.
