On the pages in this section we present a graphic cross-section ot the everyday activities ot the Junior College. Perhaps no junior college in California otters a broader and more diversified program than does our Junior College. The richness ot our program compensates, to some ex- tent, tor the handicap ot not having adequate facilities and a more uni- tied administration. There are opportunities, notonly in business, technical, vocational, and general education, but there is also skillful counseling and guidance which is so impo-rtant to the post high school students. Through the activities of social and service organizations and through the operation of student controlled groups such as the Associated Stu- dent Council, the Inter-Club Council, the Fortlcnightly, and the Legend, students receive valuable aid in the development ot leadership, social, and cultural traits. Since the primary purpose ot this section ot the Legend is to illustrate the diversified lite ot the Junior College, names have been omitted in connection with the pictures. Perhaps you may tind pleasure, now .and in years to come, by identifying the students and teachers shown.
