At Homecoming, hundreds of alumni flocked up to school to see their alma mater, and hundreds of students flocked out of school to see the visitors-or so their passes said. Head pass signer was Nan Cornell, under whose direction dozens of assistants worked tor weeks getting the extensive program in shape. The 'first activity of the day was a double assembly. To the theme of Through the Years, lzzy Maggay made like Rudolph Valentino, Cathy Crates like Shirley Temple, and Red Chambers like Sir Harry Lauder. In the afternoon there was a dance, named in the great tradition of alliteration, Homecoming Hobble.
