This year Dick promised as usual to do his best to get a swimming pool and a boxing room at schoolg but he sur- prised everyone When he Wrote a letter to our congressman and visited the business manager of the Board of Education in an actual attempt to fulfill his promises. Priorities halted action for the present. Rupert Davies, handed down decisions on infringements of the dimout regulations. Activity Commissioner Bernard Lansky headed the first ASB dance, the Trolley Trompf' Sporting a Tooner- ville Trolley on the bids and urging students to use the streetcar for transportation to and from the dance, the af- fair Was truly in the spirit of the times.
