5 Une ' , assistant. That semester was the first, last, and only time that etiquette was the rage at SDHS. Future G. L. prexy Nancy Julian wrote Lemon Aids, which not only helped Cave boys and babes to be socially correct, but also paid for a badly needed public address system. Next fall another feminine president, Adrienne Wueste, struggled against overwhelming odds to bring the A.S.B. out of debt. The newly organized Pep Squad proved itself by decorating the gym and generally promoting a successful A.S.B. ball with Ruth Kimball as queen and foot- ball captain Oliver Fletcher as the gum-chewing king. Before the fall semester was completed, a tradition-breaking battle hit the Hill when Earl Fitzpatrick, a mere junior, had the audacity to throw his hat into the political ring against Russ editor Gilman Ostrander Pat Thompson Vice President Patsy Byrne Secretary 12 l - 1s. .,W, .. ,. i
