D ,Thisi'last semester the library has been more active than ever before. Stu nts who have been so unfortunate as not being able to secure some re- qui d book from the Book Exchange etc. were given the privilege of bor- rowing the desired book until they were able to secure it elsewhere. Folders note-books and even books that have been ownerless for too l ng a time were sold to the students at very low prices. These sales were very popular and successful. A new system has been invoked this semester which so far has proven successful. Instead of having the Lost and Found open for only certain periods a day it has been open every period and also at noon. This has been very helpful to the students for those losing an article have been able to secure it sooner instead of being inconvenienced by waiting until a certain period when the bureau would be open. Miss Lorle Mayer has been the manager of this department during the past semester and has been assisted greatly by the girls who offered their services every period throughout the day. A great factor in making the Lost and Found a success has been the splendid cooperation of the entire student body. B n,,fl SENIOR SEMI-ANNUAL JANUARY '20 Fifi-Nine SCI ya ...Q i ' fi r It W gala, .
