Admin has many diverse duties, from preparing the POD to sorting the mail, but all of their duties are devoted to serving the crew. Admin is made up of several different ratings including Personnelmen, Yeomen, Postal Clerks and Navy Counselors. The personnelmen take care of the enlisted service records and all enlisted matters. They also prepare the daily muster report. The Yeomen are responsible for all official correspondence leaving or arriving on the ship. They also maintain officer service records. The Postal Clerks are everyone's friends when mail call goes down and NCC Shabro is the man to see to negotiate that new set of orders. 42
