Exchange Niphan Sajjaphaibul known around campus as jay'l is from Thailand. He is a senior here at school and is in AFS. One of his favorite class- es is ACapeIla. In December he turned 19. When he returns to Thailand in july of this year he will finish school at the Vocational Business College he was attending before coming to the U5. Upon finishing school he will go into Business Administration of some kind. jay likes San Clemente very much and hopes to return one day to visit all the friends he has made while studying here. He makes his home with the Glen Robisons in Shorecliffs. In Thai- land jay has two older brothers and 5 young- er sisters. His father is a businessman and his mother helps with the finances in his dadls business. Manijeh Fathollahi is from Iran. She is 19 years old and a senidr here. She graduated in Iran last year. When she returns home she hopes to attend a University and study English Literature. Manijehls favorite class is Student Government. She likes school here and says that kids have more freedom here than in Iran. Manijeh resides with the Wilson family of San Clemente. In Iran she has a family in which there are four children. Her father is the chief of police in her City. When Manijeh finishes studying she intends to return to the United States, provided she doesnt marry before then.
