Changing Places The library underwent a change this year, mainly because it was becoming too much of a social center and not enough of a study center. A faculty committee worked with the librarian, Mr. La- ver and the principal, Mr. Taylor to set up new procedures which would overcome the library's problem areas. The new library is now more student and study oriented. The library was physically reorganized II during the library moritorium into academic and study areas. In order to move the stacks all the books had to be removed from the shelves which was a feat in it- self. The reorganized Iibrarx has a separate reference area, fiction area, non fiction area, study area, and magazine area. In addition to the physical re- organization the library also had a face-Iift. Indoor plants, student and teacher art, and a Changeable .an M 1511 ll 111 1.11
