Studcnt Council hears of Mayor Sloan's main campaign promise-hridging the communication gap. Council Dream Becomes Reality Card City?s unique structure once again paved the way for a unique council, This year's council, hailed by Advisor Mr. Bryan Burke as the most productive thus far, made great strides in many fields of endeavor. ln one instance a dream became a reality, as CCAC was horn. For those who had a genuine interest in their school but no governing position, CCAC gave them a chance to rally behind the Student Council. Not only did the l967 Student Council function with efficiency, but bred personality into everyday council duties. This was a year of successful drives, dances, and full-length movies, a new addition to Card City activities. Much well-deserved credit goes to Card City's l966-767 Student Council. sa 55.2 ox er one of he 0 . .
