Its principle objective has been to return and increase the student privileges gradually lost through the years. Under the leader- ship of Student Body President David Rey, the Council has reached this objective through renewed guest cards and guaranteed school dance privileges. The COuI1Ci1 worked diligently on the revision of the constitutionthis year and made remarkable progress. It is hoped that future councils will continue this improvement project for the betterment of all the students. For its efforts on our behalf, the Council deserves our sincerest thanks. 21
